Why are your prices so low?
Controlled non-production overheads allow us to sell eyeglasses at lower prices. We avoid heavy advertising and physical outlets and pass savings to customers. Quality remains the same as other stores, with strict evaluation of every frame before listing online.
How do I place an order?
Select a frame, enter your prescription, choose lenses, add to cart, and proceed to payment.
How do I use a promo code?
Add items to cart, enter your discount code in the coupon box, and click Apply Coupon.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Why do I select a frame of my size?
Frame size ensures correct pupil alignment and proper vision clarity.
I do not see the lenses I want or get an error
Available lenses depend on your prescription. If none appear, contact support for assistance.
Can I use contact lens prescription?
No, eyeglasses require a separate eyeglasses prescription.
How can I get prescription sunglasses?
You can choose tinted lenses or photochromic lenses that darken in sunlight.
What are your lenses made of?
Strong lightweight plastic lenses with scratch-resistant coating and quality control checks.
What coatings do you have?
Scratch resistance, anti-reflective, UV protection, hydrophobic, and blue light protection.
Do you offer prism correction?
Yes, prism correction is available up to base 5 with extra charges depending on prescription.
Do you offer frames only or cosmetic glasses?
We only sell complete prescription glasses. Lens-only service is not available.
Do you offer glass lenses?
No, only plastic lenses are available (up to 1.67 index).
Do you charge for strong prescriptions?
Yes, extra charges may apply for strong prescriptions after review.
Once my glasses are ready, can I pick them up?
No, we are an online-only store and do not offer pickup.
Where will you make my glasses?
Our production facilities are located in Thailand and Pakistan.
